i have a 1999 blaster.installing new throttle cable it is a motion pro thors elimanator set up.in the directions says i need a nother part that gives me idle adjustment. is this really needed. and also says ignition will not work without uninstalling control box. help please

this is correct. you need to remove the TORS control box that is under the hood and you need to drill/tap the side of the carb for an idle screw

super easy. the one i ordered came with the tap and drill bit you need. you will also need a file to work down part of the carb housing so that the airscrew sits flush. it is really really easy. took me like 15 minutes and i had never done it before.
