The engine sounds like it is knocking can you tell me whats wrong with it?

well for one your link dont work. second blaster engines sound like they have a slight knock. if its more severve may be a ping from an airleak or worse yet some piston slap... get the link working and we will let you know
whatever you tried posting up it didn't work, i'm not sure if that's a movie or a sound clip or what but it didn't work, with out even hearing it i have to ask when was the last rebuild, to what extent was it rebuilt, what do you have done to the quad, and is it jetted correctly? just a couple questions that'll be helpful answering your question, the more specific you are the easier it is to help you, which we're more than happy to do here on blasterforum

sh*t my quad is rattling too but not as bad as some here listed. wats the fix to it? and could it damage other things as i keep riding?
Guys calm down. They r air cooled 2 strokes they r noisy. All those vids fed posted were of blasters tht were running perfectly fine
exactly.. tjs rattled and that machine was kept in tip top shape since it was mx raced and had to be at the top of its game
im also in the thread for a bad rod, i was worried whether my rod is bad but some guys here said i might have a bad wrist ring? my friend has a an older blaster and his doesnt tick like mine does. im might order some gaskets and take a peek in the head although IDK what exactly im looking for bc i AM a NOOB
I did its on page 2. i hope it IS normal but like i said my buddy has a blaster and his doesnt make this rattle. the other vids that was posted rattled but i guess some was full race bikes and must be normal?
geez i hope so. i dont think u can really hear it in the vid good tho. and the tick IS coming from the motor i guess ppl are saying its normal? some say it may be a bad wrist ring or leak but i have no leaks so idk:-/
the ticking could be the reeds when the motors runing stick your head by the intake you can hear the reeds ticking and its a wrist pin your talking about mine had a nasty knock awhile ago the wrist pin bearig went bad and the only way to tell if you have a leak is a leak down test with i asume you havent done
how would i do a leak test? the tick sure is coming from the top end though. i dont have any leaks. unless its air leak idk
