I'm trying to remove the engine of my 04 blaster but I cannot for the life of me get the last engine mount bolt off (thr one that attaches the swing arm to the engine itself). I've got it to spin with a socket wrench but I can't pull it out, I've tried to hammer it out from the other side but it won't budge, I've had a helping hand spin it while I hammer it out, nada, I've tried to heat up all of the surrounding areas to try and expand it a little bit but again, nothing. Any other suggestions before I give up and see if a shop will do it?

Any other suggestions before I give up

lots of PB blaster, allowed to soak over night, then get a bigger hammer.
I had one that required me to lay the bike on it's side, using a big pointy punch on the center of the bolt and an
8 lb. sledge hammer.

If it's stuck in there that good, 99% chance it's galded to the swingarm bearings/bushings and they are toast.
might as well order up those bearings and seals so they're on hand, you'll need them.

yup i have used a 4lb hammer
a extention or punch/then drilled shoved it into a 2x4
so i could hold it better then whack it.
try to get some off the weight off it by jacking up quad/and or lifting swing arm up.
You can leave the nut on the swingarm bolt and hit it to, to get it started .Although you might need to replace the bolt when your done?

I'm fully expecting to replace all seals and bearings since this is a full rebuild. Almost everything on this thing was stripped, corroded, rusted, or just straight up stuck. Thanks for the help, I'll try to get my hands on some bigger badder tools.

Had the same thing happen to me on a warrior. Had to strip the frame to just the frame and swing arm and put it on its side and let it soak over night with Cyclo Heavy duty break away and kept spraying it every time I went past shed. Used a big round punch in the hole in the bolt and a big ass hammer, also had granddad hold the frame as I hit the punch. 30 mins of banging it crap out of it and it was out. New bears and bolt installed after rebuild.
