i have a beater blaster that sucked in alot of water about a week ago and today i took the cylinder off and there was alot of water where the crank is, i dumped it all out and cleaned it all up and the crank spins smoothly still. is the bottom end fine? if i throw on a fine cylinder and piston and will it run? i just have no idea what happens when an engine sucks in water, is it completely destroyed or repairable? thanks for the help

should be fine, once you get all the water out and you might want to relube all your bearings and ect.
You want to make sure that the trans and clutch area is all dry. I would drain oil and sit it out in the sun.

Providing there is no onset of rust all should be well.
The accumulated oil should have provided a barrier to the water, stopping it getting to the bearing surfaces.
Do not subject the bearings to heat, just toss in a few teaspoons full of two stroke oil and rotate to coat the bearings.
Now flush out with pre mix and then toss another few teaspoons of oil in making sure to get some down the main crankshaft lubricating holes.
