stroker?

Blaster strokers come in 3mm or 4mm most people go with the vitos 3mm. Your going to need to split the cases and install the stroker crank. Then you are going to have to cut your top end to fit the extra stroke. You have to have a engine builder of machine shop do this for you. Vitos sells a spacer plate but I would not use it. While you have the bottom apart you should replace the bearings, seals and gaskets along with making sure all of the other bottom end components are in good working order.

To have Wildcard, Flotek or Kennedy do the work it will be between $3-$400.

great answer although i think i seen a 2mm stroker somewhere. not like a repoduction item its a builder somewhere like maybe on youtube sum sh*t. and yea ive had 2 3mm strokers both with the plates and trust me my bike felt faster w.o it when i didnt have the stroker. and yea u should redo the bearings and seals i did that also. there is also going to have to be some hand grinding on the edges of the case where the rod goes. it will more then likely touch if you dont cause of the longer stroke. so im waiting to have it back from kennedy my top end is being ported and polished for my 3+mm stoker and redesigned head. which that eliminates the spacer plate which will make me actually feel the stoker

+3mm stroker crank, new crank bearings, new seal kit and new gasket kit.IF you need help installing it LMK I will give you a hand. You just have to drive a bit.lol

If you don't know how to build an engine then sending it to a builder would be the best rout. Most people spend more money having a pro fix their mistakes than it would have cost them to have a pro do it in the first place.

I've heard that the plate works for the vitos 3mm stroker but it is just one more place that you can get a leak.

If you feel you can do the work you could have a stroker for about $200, that is all the parts cost. The rest is labor.
