stripped exhaust stud holes

Well the threads are 8mm. I would find threaded rod just a little longer than the original stud, put some green or red loctite on it. Make sure the hole and stud are grease free. Put the loctite on it and thread that thing in good as you can and let it setup for a day. Make sure it does not go where you are putting on the nut. If not, like codey said, we can help you out. I have all the drills, taps, handles, everything too. Plus, I think I can tear your motor down for you.

im sure i can manage.. i thought about 'making studs work' by puttin studs in with some jb weld to hold them in... like i said once the pipe goes on and dont leak its never coming off again unless the motor blows ( which we all hope wont happen) and the way she rides i doubt it will...

thanks f0r the offers guys, glad to see there are still ppl in this state that will help people out!! ill try the puttin new studs with epoxy or somehting to hold them in, if that fails.. may have to bring it up byyou guys, sit down with a 30 pack and have at it!
