Hey All, I have a clean slate cylinder AND head for you (still on the first bore). Could run as-is but should be honed to do it right. Looking to get $115 shipped for this clean, never messed-with cylinder AND head.
I've also got a stock Intake manifold (carb to cylinder) with reeds $25 shipped and an intake boot (Airbox to carb) $25 shipped. All of this stuff is off an '05 and the rubber is still soft, shiny and pliable. Last but not least is the tank and hood plastics. Scuff 'em up with a 3M pad and spray them black and they'll look great again!
EDIT: Cylinder and Head Info; Cylinder measures 2.602" (66.09mm) in two directions (at 90* to each other) and below any lip there may or may not be. Measurements were taken with a vernier caliper. Sorry, no piston. Pics of the meas:
Cylinder AND head: $115 Shipped. Just think, you could have this ported and polished while you're still riding and swap it over in an afternoon when you get it back! I'll ship it straight to you or your machinist. All the studs are clean and threads good to go too.
