stator screws - both the same?

Replacing all my seals, and found the upper screw attaching the stator plate to the case is missing. Somebody left it off, and it's not hiding in the magnets. Anybody know if the upper and lower screws are identical thread and length? And probably a dealer item or worth hunting for at the local hardware?

If I remember correctly they are the same, and as a side note are of the few fastenings that require Loctite at 8.5 ft lbs.
