starter clutch problem!!!!!!!

i was puttin in vitos oil block off kit.i went to put the clutch cover back on and the kick start wont spring back after i kick it. idk how to fix it

your kickstart return spring probably came off of the little tab that it rests against. pull the cover back off and see if the spring is set
