blasters are just gravity feed...if you have an inline filter between the carb and tank and theres no fuel in it when the petcock is on, then it really narrows down what possible issues you are having.. something is stopping the fuel from draining from your tank to your filter.
ALSO..if you take the bolts out of your petcok assembly and pull it out from your fuel tank, youll notice two screened in tubes. one is the reserve line(the shorter one) the other is the normal "fuel on" line, the longer one...because these tubes are screened in(filtered) there really isnt any need to have another fuel filter on your blaster , its already filtered, every now and then i take that whole assembly out to clean it ..IMHO
with all that said, if it isnt a fuel issue, and you determened its a spark issue, then i would check to see if the black cdi box come undone or another harness in under the hood/light assembly come undone after the hard landing from a jump.....
