SOMEBODY PLEASE DO A HOW TO ON A TRANNY I AM STUMPED

So I got my lower case with my new tranny installed back together today and it worked great but as soon as I tightened the clutch boss nut the thing won't go into gear again. The only way I can get it to shift into the next gear is to rotate the tranny shaft. Then I will rotate it again and suddenly it will shift through all the gears again. then I rotate it some more and it won't shift to the next gear. I am totally stumped to the point I am ready to just but a whole new lower end. Can anybody help me with how to get this transmission installed correctly? PLEASE HELP!!! Seriously somebody has to have been through the same thing and can shed some light. The service manual is no help on this one.

ok i think i need more info.. are you trying to cycle through the gears with the quad standing still?? because i don't know of any atv or mx that will go all the way through the gear pattern without moving the bike to advance the gears..

oh.. i know this won't be a direct how-to for a blaster tranny, but raptortranny.com has a very detailed how-to on rebuilding a raptor transmission..

Got it done runs great and now its a six speed not a 5 speed. Good upgrade

umm.. your blaster wasn't a 6-speed to start with?

yeah 6 spd is standard in blasters lol.

No it was not working correctly so I only had 5 speeds.
