Good question!!!! But i will guess that depends on the level of modifications... If you have a blaster with 40hp and the suspension and brakes that can handle it then it is far from being a entry level ATV and maybe above a novis level ATV...
 
when u start modding blasters with pipes and portwork,with better suspension they can easily become intermediate to experienced level machines, my bike doens't have alot done to it, but i'd never let a kid just jump on and take off, he'd deff. kill himself

i think i need to work on my sprocket combinations now.a lil more speed would be nice but dont want to lose the ripping power,but the blasters 1st gear always seemed a lil low.what would you guys recomend?
