Slasher tires Rub?

Hey i have a pair of 21x7x8 (i think) and the back left rubs the guard durring hard turning..Anyone else have this issue?? I'm about to take a dye grinder to the guard to make more clearance.

If it only does it when you are turning then it sounds like the axle carrier might be loose. I would check to see it everything is tight.
