I'm thinking of just getting some new elka shocks and some rolldesign aarms. I'm getting a new axle from threewheelio I hope. And I like the swingarm. So let me know what you think. Keep in mind that I do want to race TT...so I do not know whether this this tuff is ok or if I'm headed in the wrong direction. If anyone knows where to get the shocks and a arms for ALOT cheaper, tell me. Or if there are other shocks with the res. that are just as good, and long.

there is a company that makes flat-track specific shocks but im not too sure of the name, my guess is CTS, but im not sure, dont forget if you want a dedicated flat-track machine you need an anti-sway bar, maybe a steering stabilizer and the ultra wide american racer tires

im not doin american racer tires..mr salesman...I'm puttin some hoosier tires on. yea i know about all of the sway bar stuff. I think that TT is going to be the most expensive thing I'll ever do

.....but the widening kits i would stay oh-so-far away from, i dont trust those at all

I agree with him on that. They seem all they would really do is put more stress on the frame leading it to possiable crack. Just spend the extra couple of bucks and be rest assured they won't cause any problems in the long run.

Wheel spacers would hold up, sh*t i know people that have wheel spacers on there blaster an they are MX'ing it, high as i seen them go before with them on is 10-15 foot so i'm pretty sure it would hold up for TT just make sure it's tight as hell an use the strongest locktite so you know they wont back off. An always check the tightness just to be sure.

you could flip your front rims, if that stem thingy rubs you can get a shorter one, and u add spacers u got one wide son of a biotch

i forgot to menition that............................................................. damit

jmoney where the hell would you practice for tt?

I'm not sure where yet, I'll find a track. I'm not doin spacers on the front though, I've heard that there's alot of self steer w/ those on the front. How do you get a shorter stem. I've looked at flipping but it does rub on the braske shield thing
