should i paint my bumper black?

If its an aluminum bumper, I wouldn't. I'm pretty sure that most aftermarket bumper are aluminum. I painted my stock steel bumper gloss black and it looked great! But, Its all about the prep work.
Steel or aluminum they both paint the same and paint hols up on them the same. I say why not?
Sandblasting it is one of the best prep work you can do along with cleaning it really well afterwards.

okay guys thanks i will try that.. and i got one more question..at my dads work i can powder coat so im doing the rims for sure. but what else should i start to black out???? a arms?? nerfs??? shocks?? any ideas. just want some opinons!! thanks guys!!!!
pc the bumper, nerfs, heel guards, shock springs, foot pegs, u can't pc the stock a arms cause the ball joints get toasted in the oven, heck, u could pc ur handlebars, rims, frame, swingarm, carrier, thats about all i can think of
Anything that will fit in the oven.

its a dg bumper and i wanna start blackin it out. i can sandblast it. should i paint it or will it look dumb? heres a pic

can i spray paint the a arms? and its like 20bucks a quart which is good! i think my dad said a quart should do about 4 rims
yes, u can spray the arms, thats what i did, i'd invest in some a arm skids tho if u ride in tall grass cause the paint will come rite off in tall grass
