shee caliper to older carrier bracket

thats the caliper peeps where gettin from east coast atv, but they wanted you to buy some kinda expensive conversion kit, that comes with alot of parts you prolly already have, but someone on here said they twisted ecatv's arm and they sold them just the bracket, give 'em a call and try
there are pics of it on here somewhere, search it up

there was a slight problem with that set up.
i could have him make a bracket for the gsxr caliper style you have or have him make a bracket for the shee caliper i just figured if someone knew where these were available id get one and be done with it.

how is that? id like to use the polished caliper that fell through, so my other options are get a 03 carrier or get an AWK gsxr bracket or have awk make a bracket for the shee caliper to old carrier or get the bracket from east coast. lol
what would you choose?

that caliper doesnt sqeeze from both sides nor does it float like a shee caliper does so you are only going to get presure from one side. when the brake pad on the backside wears down then it wont work right. unless your running the floating rotor.. even the ecatv bracket doesnt allow the caliper to float so if your using the shee hub with non flaotng rotor when the pads on the backside wear it wont work right.

the gsxr caliper i am running is a 2 piston caliper and it doe squeeze from both sides....it has a bleeder for each side....

it has one on the side by where the brake line goes in and one on the back side.....if i remember right the one you had in a pic was the right one

the gsxr caliper i used and make the brackets for is a dual piston, and seems to ba able to self adjust the pads on each side for wear or slight offset, when i just removed it to check that other bracket i noticed when i pushed the one pad in to remove it the othe pad moved out, seems to be the best caliper out there IMO, and works great, sold the polished caliper to the parts dude at the yamaha shop, when i went to search for pads, turns out it was a yamaha r1 caliper, not the gsx r1 it was advertised as when i bought it
