You need to first determine if it's a compression, jetting or spark issue. More than likely you will be able to put a new spark plug in it, tweak your airscrews and it'll start much easier. If it's not the jetting, I would lean towards the compression next. Then the spark.
 
I honestly think you have a jetting issue. Is it any easier with the choke(lean)or worse(rich)? Turn your airscrew in to enrich the mixture, out to lean it up. Past 2.5 out go down on pilot jet, less than 1 turn out go up on pilot jet.
