My Blaster is kinda hard to start sometimes so I was wondering if a Ricky Stator would help it start better or what it would do.

You need to first determine if it's a compression, jetting or spark issue. More than likely you will be able to put a new spark plug in it, tweak your airscrews and it'll start much easier. If it's not the jetting, I would lean towards the compression next. Then the spark.
By the way, in my opinion the Ricky Stator stators are not a very good product...I would much prefer the OEM. Thier flywheels are descent and thier timing plates are good as well.
I honestly think you have a jetting issue. Is it any easier with the choke(lean)or worse(rich)? Turn your airscrew in to enrich the mixture, out to lean it up. Past 2.5 out go down on pilot jet, less than 1 turn out go up on pilot jet.
This all only being relevant if you have a good spark plug, clean air filter and good fresh fuel.
