revs in nutrual then pops in gear??????????

95 blaster,it idles fine but when I rev it up it pops into gear with out me putting it into gear.just got it and scared the hell out of me,was just sittin sideways on it tuning it and reved it and it popped into gear and threw me off,lol.
can anyone tell me why it does this?

your tranny might be screwed up. it could also just be the arm with a wheel and spring on it, just inside your clutch cover that keeps the star gear in the gear your in. if you look at the star gear, one of the points looks chopped off and is a little divit. if its worn down, it could alow the wheel with the spring to slide off when it vibrates.
