Oyyy...
Verizon sent me a new phone today. It was covered under my insurance, so no big deal. I get it, open it up, looks perfect. I go online to activate it and it says that that phone has already been activated. So I turn the phone on and it said it had a phone number (and it was one I never saw before). So, I figure, no big deal, I'll just call Verizon. Well, first time through they assure me it was fine and to just try again later. So I waited and tried again; same error. So I called back. The lady tried doing it manually on her end, and came up that the serial number was a duplicate! This means when I activated it, it came up on some random person's account with an enV Touch. So I had to call the insurance company, and after a 25 minute hold, it says my call has been disconnected. X( I called back and finally someone (Who seemed American, but I still couldn't understand them) answered. They had to contact Verizon, so I was on hold for another 30 minutes, and finally she said she is sending me another phone! Why is nothing easy?

Sorry, had to vent guys. Lol. I think the most irritating thing is going through the computer calls... "Press one for technical support, two for tracking info" yadayadayada. 8-|
 
shoulda called your cousins over seas and talked for a day or 2 on the other account hahah

Cell companies suck, second only to the DMV at pissin people off!!
 
agreed that sh*t pissing me off too. just like the guy behind the counter at the local yamy store pissing me off. tell ya one thing im never gonin back there again. but for you, you kinda have to make that call again to activate your phone or figure out the problems. heck we all do when it comes to listenin to that garbage. like me every sunday i gotta call in my unemployment. ive heard that so manytimes i could put it on speed dial with pauses to answe all my questions haha lol i wont tho just to make sure nothing has changed lol
