I have bought the vitos dual stage carbon fiber reeds for my blaster, should I keep the stock reed stoppers on or take em off?

That’s been debated before. Some say yes, some no. I didn’t use them on mine, no problems.
Theory being that it allows them to open to far, or to sharp of angle.

No matter, clean the screws and cage holes with brake clean or something and use loktite.
Tighten boot screws incrementally in a crisscross pattern. You’ll have to look for torque spec, it isn’t much 7 inch/pounds IIRC. Some use gasket on both sides of cage to avoid leaks.
You really should do a leak down test after

I like the stock reed stops, after breaking 2 sets of aftermarket reeds using that silly little flat bar, I returned to using the stock curved stops, never had another break, and no noticeable difference in performance.

So I put the reed stops back on and i dont install these metal things that came with the vitos reed kit?

Correct, use the stock curved stops, not the short bars from vitos
