Holy sh*t bro.........what's that thing top out at in mph/kph? Nice quad though....aggressive stance.

:D 80mph / 85mph

Thanks to a 240 kit, +4mm crank, timimg advance, 38 Keihin carb, V-Force reeds, 95 Octane fuel (standart in Portugal), Iridium spark plug, "racing" CDI.

Wanted a port job... but no such thing in Portugal, and its to expensive to send the engine to USA to be worked on.

Which 240 kit did you get? How is the riding in your part of Portugal?

Got the 240 L.A. Sleeve Kit
(just a tip for anyone ho wants to get a 240 kit... this is a pain in the ass to install, go for a Bolt on Kit like the VITOS Kit, no pain to install, and you get to keep youre Top-End as spare part.) http://www.blasterforum.com/engine-13/big-doubts-240cc-kit-22423/index2.html

Riding here in the Islands (Portugal-Azores) is a DREAM, lots, and lots of dirt roads, from long strechs to winding curves, you get it all, smooth surfaces, rocky sections, bumpy roads, always dirt, no sand or snow... and BEST OF ALL quads are street legal. I:I

looks awesome. how did you hook the blinkers up? you can make any quad street legal here in arizona, but you need registration, a headlight, a tail light, brakelight, and a horn.

I installed the led relay under the hood (above the cdi box), connected a 12v wire to the relay, passed 2 new wires from the rear blinkers to the relay in the front, the front blinkers where so close that didnt need longer wires... hooked all up, ground evreything to the frame... and of course a handlebar switch.
