my buddy gave me this quad..its a 97 blaster...it was completely torn apart down to the frame and said all i needed to do was get the top end done and put it together and it will run...well he was def wrong...as my buddy slowly put it together everything was cleaned up, new paint job, etc...many parts came along that needed to be bought such as brake pads, all new cables, gaskets, bearings the whole nine yards..the whole thing is now put together and can't fig out y it wont start and stay running...a new magneto was put in and it does have spark..new reeds are goin to be put in this weekend...any other suggestions that would cause the problem...also how do i get the back and front breaks to work properly..both are hooked up but when the levers are used the brakes don't work....
