hi, i have a 06 blaster that has a full dg exhaust, dg bumpers, and has been rejetted...

well it has finally started to die (about 350 hours) i already have the new piston and an extra cylinder that was already bored...my questin is..

1. do i need to run it ritcher (still have the stock oil injection)
2. what is the proper way to break it in?

its still running and had decent power, its been slapping for a few months and after playing in all the snow its starting to knock...im going riding this weekend and really want to take it,i also have an 08 raptor 250se custom but its very loud, i did lots of mods to it and we ride late at night, (full gytr exhaust, skid plates, bumper, jetting, and changed the cdi rev box)

thanks

One of the biggest things to consider is the cold weather. Since you are just up the road from me, I can tell you that if you are considering running that bike now, you had better be rich!!!

The jetting that you might have been running up till now will not be enough.
