I rebuilt by BBK and it would'nt start. I had good strong spark and I had fuel. We even squirted fuel into carb and spark plug hole trying to get it to at least stumble a little, nothing. After about 2 hours of checking stuff out we were about ready to start pulling it to get it started. It took us two hours to get to that point but we were there. One last spark plug change, one last kick, it fires and runs great. All other rebuilds fired on the first or scond kick, not his one. I was about to post the dreaded thread, MY BLASTER WONT START. I did'nt want to be one of those guys. No offence

so....bad/fouled plug from the get go, was it a new plug ?????

Plug ended up being good. I had the old one that it was running on and a couple of new ones. I checked and changed everything from elec. to fuel trying to get it to even stumble. All checked out ok. Pressure test, ok. WTF over. I was lost, fuel in cylinder and good spark. I guess inside the engine had to get fully charged with fuel. I dont have a better reason. Still fires first kick.
