rshutchinson Member Sep 3, 2015 201 89 64 36 Mar 19, 2016 #6 Have you tried taking all the nuts off, remove the sprocket and clean all the threads on the sprocket hub? I'd do that and see if something doesn't stand out as to why you can't tighten it up.
