Hello everyone, great site, I gave a 2002blaster I ave traded for a car, and I bought a ngk irridium plug, and it looks like it running rich, I run 32.1 with royal purple synthetic, and stock jets, and I don't think engine is bored over, and my question is should I use less oil?

no but maybe use a standard plug, br8es is recomended. running rich would be the amount of fuel getting to the motor but if you have stock jets its hard to beleive that. do you have the oil pump hooked up with oil in it and your mixing the gas? try adjusting your air screw some maybe that will help?

Take your air lid off and see if that cleans up the plug.

A little rich is better than lean on a 2 sttoke

I've never had much luck with royal purple in automotive applications. I would change to castor, klotz, or amsoil

It's just high performance 2 stroke from them and I am gonna try other oil just to use my last quart, and I know its not bad even being a noob with 2 strokes ha, and ill try air box removal to ref how vie plug is, air filter was cleaned and oiled 2 weeks ago, thanks guys.
