quick question

Can i soke my yz moter in gas to clean the vast amount of gunk built up on it? I was going to let it soke over night

Im sure some type of degreaser would work if your let it sit on there.

Please don't use gas for a cleaning solvent, you're bound to make an ash of yourself Xo. Use Castrol superclean, purple power, Dawn dish soap, soft wire brush, plastic putty knife. The fumes can travel a great distance to a source of ignition. Water heater, furnace, refrigerator, light switch. Be safe, not sorry. I:I One gallon of gas at proper A/F Ratio is equal to 14 sticks of dynomite.

I would use Kerosine . It's a little safer then gas. It would be best to use a degreaser . Make sure you use it in a well ventilated area with no ignition sources.
