like banshee and raptor? and i noticed some people have yz450 suspension and other stuff, are they just mods?

Read the tacked threads at the top of each section and those will answer some of the questions. There is a shock one in the suspension thread that tells you which shocks mount up without any work etc etc. It all depends on what you are capable of... And what tools you have access to.
