question about exhaust flange

hey guys i found a fmf fatty for $100 near me and i asked if he had the flange for it, and he wants another $10 for the flange. so my question being when u order from fmf does it come with a flange? cause if it does im going to argue a little harder that i don't need to pay the extra $10 for the flange.

Yes they come with the flange.

Yes they come with the flange but $10 is cheaper and easier then looking for one on eBay.
