What is a mod for a psp and how do i do it??

A mod is a hack. What version firmware do you have? If it is past 3.49 then you cannot mod it.

It's under system settings somewhere. If you've updated it within the last year or so you can't do anything. Also, if you have a slip PSP you can't do anything.

i have the fat 1000 series ithink i know its the fat one

it says version g.20
and mac address 00:16:FE:459:32

is one of those it??

i updated the system like 3 weeks ago and if i try to update it again it says i can only update via enternet ir via srorage method
i am running version 6.20

Unless you go through a ton of hoops you cannot mod it. If you can find someone in your area to do it for you, go for it... you need a hacked battery, hacked memory stick and a standard memory stick to do it. If you're truly interested, google "Pandora Battery PSP" and you can find some information about it.

thanks and when im on the internet on it it wont let me veiw videos on it why is that??
and how do ii upload songs to it???

Go under system and make sure Flash and Java is enabled. For music, use your USB cord to attach it to the computer and find a software that will allow you to add music.
