Hi guys, I have a question. My blaster is running perfect except for the fact that it doesn't seem to want to hit max RPMs...it'll get to about, I'd say estimating, about 4-4500rpms and then ask for another gear. Could this be a wiring problem? Ignition key has been removed, so I'm not sure if wiring is off somewhere. Or could this be a computer problem? Or maybe something else? Thanks in advance.

you know, if it sounds like its doing about 4 to 5 thousand RPM, and your comparing the noise to the noise ur car makes at those speeds, its probably doing about 8000 RPM.. its only one cylinder, and therefore sounds inherently slower than it actually is spinning..

Just a thought.

Maybe. But I can tell you it definitely doesn't sound like it's revving as high as it should be lol
