Well, not to long ago I came across a Blaster with a FZ600 engine in it..When I went to check it out from a 16yr old kid it was (luckly) not running due to electrical issues...ie someone combined what appears to have been 3 different wire harnessess...I say luckly for the kid because there were way to many not ready and completely unsafe on this rig. Upon more reading in this forum I realized that I haddn't done any pics on this build for myself or to share....So I'm going to try to document this build and hope to hear feedback and thoughts or ideas....First thing I did was get the motor running , because without that I would of just scrapped this idea. The motor runs and very well I might add...Upon further review of the blaster I noticed that He relocated the front end where the springs were only 1/4inch away from the upper A-Arms..While seeing how I could get the front end back in sync, I kept looking at a spare warrior frame I had laying around....after a few measurement and floating it in the air next to the other chassis and using the eye ball technique I plunged in and wacked the two frames and started to fuse them together....Keep in mind that that will be for dirt drags and not for everyday roppin in the mud....it is still in the frame fab stage....any thoughts??

That's only the back half of a blaster (the green section). The front half is decidedly not blaster....

Also, it's a real shame he hacked that green frame up, that WAS an 03+ rear clip (master cylinder mount on the frame). Also, the back half isn't actually all blaster either. The original swingarm mount has been taken out and new pieces of steel added and drilled. Chack those over VERY well, the last thing you'd want is a weak swingarm mount on a quad with more horsepower than even the original quad was designed to handle!

yea, He really hacked up the whole front end.. which is why I adapted the front and bottom of a warrior...Started to do a basic mock up to decied which way I was going to go next...and your right the swingarm mounts have to be completely redone...keep in mind that this is a frankenstien type bike with only $200 involved and some creativity
