Heys I have been reading about the cool blasters on this site and I have finally finished my 2001 blaster from pieces,I put a 1982 kz 440 street bike motor in it ,It does fly!!! I used a kawasaki hyd caliper on the rear disc,I have ninja chain and sprockets on it and countless mods on it.

Thanks guys for compliments,Jabes As far as fitting it it I had to cut the bars in the upper front going down to the lower part of the frame remake those so that they bend down at the front of the new motor and weld them up make new mounts for the motor,The top of the new motor is taller than the 200 so the blaster gas tank wouldnt fit because of its sump so I used a warrior tank it has a flatter bottom I then made mounts for the new tank,Made the custom pipes and connected them to yamaha R1 mufflers..
