Has anyone put one of these on? I bought a used one and I need to cut the plastic to fit it. If anyone has and instructions that would be great. Thanks

i put a used cfm airbox on, which is prolly the same, PB just puts they're name on sh*t, but i was concerned at first too, take a sharpie and mark the plastics along the frame where the mounting bolts hold it down, i made straight marks along there and cut it along that frame line, in the back i just cut olong the back line of the toolbox, get your new box mounted, then drop your plastics in place, i had to trim a little here and there for final , clean fitment.
you could prolly hold the airbox on top of the plastics and trace around it too, that'll get ya started, but cutting it all out along the frame looked better to me

Finished it up. It was pretty easy I used a jigsaw and a grinder to get it right. What a difference this thing makes, it really sounds different.

Thanks,
My son is 14 he moved up from a DRR two years ago. He wanted those ugly red rings because we ordered him the Trinity graphics kit that has a lot of red in it. I am very impressed with the blaster he has no problem keeping up in the woods with my YFZ. Now I'm 40 and a little more aware of the pain that comes with a crash so maybe I'm a little slower than I used to be. I wish they never stopped making the two stroke I grew up on them. Evinrude makes a two stroke boat motor that is passing emissions tests so maybe there will be hope in the future. You can't deny they power that these little things produce.
