how do i get a sig and how do i put a picture in my sig and for my profile?

go to user cp and click the sig button and the left

go to you user control panel and on the left side, look for edit signiture and you can add a sig there. as for the pic you would have to up load it offside, I think most ppl here use tinypic, I've never heard of it till I came here so I don't know much about it, Photobucket should work as well, then you can get the img code and past that in your sig.
