so i just put my bike together the other day did a leak test did 3 heat cycles and took it for a very short ride didnt go past 1/2 throttle and theres oil coming out of the exhaust port black i atteched a pic in a previous thread is this ok and also it started to smoke from the flange ??????

you need to get that flange to engine and pipe to flange sealed up, i use the perma-tex hi temp copper rtv. it lasts for a while but needs redone a few times a year.
and black splooge is a sure sign your running rich.
have you fine tuned the pilot/airscrew setting ?
and the needle clip postion, then plug chop the main jet.
but expect some splooge if that pipe/flange isn't sealed, which isn't your main concern.....
it needs to be sealed good or that effects exhaust flow and could cause a lean condition.

im runing my main jet at 320 and ive never touched the pilot and i messed aorund with the air screw and it idles fine and ive never touched the needle clip also

messed around is not proper jetting.
is this the stock carb ?

assuming the float height is correct ?

if so...stock 32.5 pilot, airscrew set to what position creates the highest idle......

http://www.blasterforum.com/carburetor-138/adjusting-your-airscrew-pilot-jet-51060/

adjust needle richer, lower clip position, until it bogs, then back up one position, middle clip position should be fine though.

then plug chop the main

if any of those settings...floats, pilot, airscrew setting, needle clip position or main jet are rich, expect black oily splooge, either at your leaking flange/pipe connection, at the pipe to silencer connection if not sealed completely, or out the tailpipe if all is sealed.

gotta get that pipe completly sealed and then the jetting correct.
not just mess with it.

so seal it all up first then change the main jet ?? but what should i start with and whered you get that sealer

and if im correct running rich isnt as bad as running lean so i didnt mess anything up in the engine since its brand new

advanced auto for the ultra copper, any auto store and even ace hardware carries it.........

i'm not saying your 320 main is wrong, only a plug chop can tell you that, but only after you start at the bottom and work up with all other adjustments, as listed above...
1.float height,
2.pilot/airscrew setting
3.needle clip postion,
4.then and only then, plug chop the main.
must be done in that order.

and no, you didn't mess anything up, but running very rich long term could lead to carbon buildup and create problems.

as far as i know everything in the carb is at stock positions expect the main jet ive never touched the pilot or or float height or needle clip

ive just about gave up on this theres always something wrong i just wanna ride

welcome to the world of modifying 2 strokes.
it's not just slap chit on and ride.

the only thing wrong right now is your impatients and lack of willingness to lean to properly jet your bike for the new mods you added. if that wasn't in your plans, you should have left it stock everything.
sorry for the harshness, but it sounds like you need a little tough love right now !:o

you said you messed with the airscrew, that has to be set to highest idle as described in the step by step link above.
and that 320 main sounds large too, a plug chop is the only way to know for sure.

be impatient and hardheaded and "just ride"
it may be a short ride. :o
take the time to learn jetting, like 90% of everyone else on here has, god knows the info and help is available, and ride on forever I:I

thank you for the touch love but i have no patients and i hardly ever get time to even play around and try and fix it i might just bring the whole bike to ken and ask him to get it right and have it done by a professional idc about paying for it as long as its done right

jetting can be frustrating, very, and if you lack the patience to learn/do it yourself, professional help may be your best option to ensure a long lasting, reliable engine.

Take full notice of post 7, conditions change, settings go out of adjustment.

Try investigating and adjusting.
1.float height,
2.pilot/airscrew setting
3.needle clip postion,
4.then and only then, plug chop the main.
