Pro aliminium (Nerf/heel guard and foot peg)

hey, i was looking at this more

but, with custom made foot peg, will i be able to set the foot brake on :O

bump, anyone know if the foot brake could be easely taken on that or not possible?

If you are asking if you could still use the brake peddle then you should be able to but might have to make a mount on the nerfs if they do not come with one but it most likely will have a mount just like the stock pegs do hope that helps

I have these on mine, just got them
they are made for the newer Blaster 03+ not 88-06 as they said.

DG bought them and they not going to make them anymore.


you can make them fit the older ones.
there was 2 problems that i had with them.
1 - the rear brakes would not mount up because the stub was in the wrong spot. i cut it off and welded to where it should be.
2 - not sure if it was my exhaust but it would not fit over the front frame rails.
so i cut the nerfs a little and welded a mount point to the frame and connect the nerfs to this. this would also let me take them off when i wanted.

oh, well, i got an 2003 blaster, the heel guard and foot peg is damaged at left side, so i though on that pro aliminium stuff, but i dont got the stuff to make it fit so i will forget that idea, thanks for getting this up, helped me alot.

*EDIT* wait did you mean making them fit only for older once, do they fit nice on a 03? and is it just me or is the foot peg like bent over and not 90 dagrees

if your brake connects in the back you will be ok..

i dont have my blaster here atm, it stands at my brother in garage, so i cant look at it right now, but i got 03 model, i got the newer brake type, thats not managed by wire(dunno the word in english)

Yea, you should be good then. i called DG the other day and they said they are for 03 + Blasters.

it looks like it will bolt up nicely.
