piston size and bore?s

i recently have taken my top end apart and found out why my blaster doesnt run. the piston is scraped up and so is the cylinder wall. i want to take it to a machine shop but there asking me all sorts of questions i dont have the answers to.

1:what is the stock bore?
2:what size should i get it bored to?
3:do i need to change anything else when boring?
4:what will porting do for my bike?
5:any other helpful info would be much appreciated

3:do i need to change anything else when boring?------there is always room for upgrades
