Piston Help

I'm trying to find out what size piston I have. I look at the top and all I see is a "X" and a "-->". I know the arrow is meant to indicate which way to install the piston, but what is the "X"? I was hoping for a number.

I am not sure about the x on the piston. If you have access to a micrometer you could measure it.

Well i tore it down to the bare bones! The cylinder is being bored to 67mm or .040 over stock.

any time a motor is apart you should be concerned with cylinder size and ring gap, those are the variable's not the piston size, if you piston is changing sizes there's trouble brewin
