Trying to buy this blaster. Says there is a clip in the motor that fell in. Not sure what that means. He said once I remove it it's golden. Should I walk away?

Blue and white blaster ran great has oversized clutch and new back tires and new rebuild only problem is a pin fell in with the rebiuld only gotta take off case and get it out and she will run like a king text

Sounds like BS to me. I don't understand why he didn't take the pin out when it fell in. Is he talking about the piston wrist pin? If it was in the bottom when it was started, I'm sure there's lots of case damage.

Are you meaning the circlip for the wrist pin?

If it has never been kicked over with the pin/clip in there , you may be able to remove it.

If the motor has been started or even kicked to start, walk away, chances are damage has been done.
