Hello,

Just got a new to me 2000 Blaster.:)

What would you suggest I do to get a little more performance from it. It is all stock and don't have huge $$ to throw at it. What would give me the biggest bang for the buck?

Was thinking of changing the air filter and rejetting the carb. That can be done for less than $100. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanx and have a great day,

Rob.

in this order

NGK Spark Plug
Pipe and Silencer
K&N, UNI, or No Toil Air Filter (pick one, I like K&N best)
V-Force 3 Reeds and Cage
Port and Polish
30mm Carb

You will have to re-jet, but that cost colse to nothing. There is a DIY on jetting and plug chops.

what he said.... pipe and air filter are the best part to start out with. save some $$$ and get those first. you'll be glad you did.

i got a fmf gold series fatty with a powercore2 for around 200 depending on shipping. pm me if your interested, its in good condition and ill toss in some repacking if you want.
