Okay so I am thinking of painting my a-arms today but I was wondering what do I have to do to paint them and is it hard to get them off the quad; and put back on thanks.

If you was planning on painting your a-arms "today", but dont know how or what to do then you might not get them done today. Theres alot of posts on painting all over this forum, just look them up. No its not too hard to take off and put on the A-arms, especially if you done it before. I think first time i took off my A-arms it took about 45 minutes. I think i could have all four off now in about 20 minutes.
To prep my a arms i wired wheeled what i could and fine grit sanded the rest, then applied paint. But that was a temp fix until this winter.

The first time is a pain, but after you do it a few times its not so hard, the only part that is hard is the tie rods they always give me trouble, the rest is just taking off bolts. If you have a 03+ you also have to drain the front hydros when you take the a-arms off, and then bleed the system when you put it back together so make sure you have extra brake fluid!

So I got the paint today I am going with a red with metallic sparkles can't wait to see what it looks like; I am also painting the hubs deep blue gloss.

why would you do red metalic when your plastics are blue ?
Becuase it looks good

I am working on painting it rite now and how do I get the lower a-arm to disconnect for the spindle I have the bolt pulled but the spindle won't come off; any help would be great.
