First off.... How long have you had the blaster and are you completly able to tear down and rebuild without issues? second off painting the quad may be expensive and be ready to use atleast a can on the frame and atleast a can on the plastics. I would always sand or grind off the paint on your frame where it will be in most contact with rubbing and wear and tear(I.E. frame sides and anywhere the paint is exposed to other elements of wear and tear.) sand the frame smooth and start the paint. As far as the plastics go id first clean them with soapy water then do a good coat of paint. Followed closely with some 1000 Grit sandpaper to run down any runs, scratches, dings, etc... followed by more paint but in a lighter coat this time. then sandpaper and another coat until your satisfied. I use a Gas/Oil Resistant Rust-O-leum that protects against high heat.
