I just got my Ozark stuck in the mud today and the whole back end was under water. I sat there holding the throttle until my friends turned around to pull it out, and everything was all good after that.

I was wondering how I should make a snorkel for just the exhaust, so if anyone knows any possibilities, please tell me.

well, u take a peice of pipe, and weld it to the end of the exhaust at and angle and make it go up like 2ft, then put a ebnd a the top, waterproof it all with high temp silicone

Yes, but I don't know what kind of pipe I should use. I also have never welded anything before so I was trying to avoid that if possible.

There are aftermarket pipes with snorkel attachments but my parents are not going to let me buy a new pipe after all of the parts I am buying for the Blaster and my DRZ125.

you can go to Advance auto of any auto parts store that sell exhaust pipe pieces. they should have it in 1 and 3/4in. get two 90's and one strait piece, take your stuff to a welder and get him to weld it up for ya.

Or you do it the CHEAP way and make it way easy to get to your throttle adjusment and crank it all the way up so you keep it running and then you can get the winch out and get your self out.

I will now make a snorkel for everything possible on this ATV... After I figure out how to fix the engine. I was driving through a puddle and I think water entered the carburetor through the overflow. When I get to the top of second gear, it bogs, backfires, and stalls if I hold in the throttle.

well, u really messed sumthin up, cause my dads bayoou 220 was breathing water and taking it up the pipe for like 10 minues once and it started up, blew the water out, we changed the oil, and ta-da, all good

I was in the water almost the whole time that I was riding (7 hours). Of course, as soon as I called my dad to come take me home, I decided I'd make one more pass through the deepest puddle there.
