Oversize bars?

Wasn't sure which section to put this in.

Anyways, i have Pro Taper 1 1/8" bars that were used on my streetbike when it was a streetfighter. I also have the clamps for em. Has anyone put these bigger bars on their blaster? How did you make them work?

The clamps have a single hole in the center to mount. I wonder if putting them ontop of stock and drilling through will hold?

you need a 1-1/8" set of bar clamps, i went the whole 9 yards and built a extended anti vibe stem, then used the 1-1/8" anti vibe clamp from east coast atv < those only work with an anti vibe stem, but i've seen 1-1/8" clamps that will work on a stock stem......

The 2nd link you posted, is how my clamps are, just not extended. They have a single bolt.

Just went in garage to mock it up, rememberd the lower piece of clamps are still attached to triples of my bike, which is at work. Tomorrow i guess.
