Over flow hose leak

Hi I'm new to the blaster. My 92 blaster has a FMF fatty and I believe an older FMF muffler. I Have a foam UNI filter. Closed air box. Stock carb. I'm having a problem... my overflow hose is leaking. And when cold it takes around 20 kicks to start. Any ideas on what this could be and how do I fix it? I bought it a month ago and don't know when's the last time it's been rebuilt. It started 3rd kick cold and didn't leak when I first got it. But I took the carb off put it back on and now it's taking a while to start when cold and leaking through overflow. Oh and also my choke won't stay out! Any help is appreciated!

this has nothing to do with starting, but....
what main jet is in it for the FMF exhaust ?
should be 270 - 300-ish
