ok so my blaster wont start

i can take mixed gas put it in the spark plug hole and then put the spark plug in and it doesnt even hit, im gettin spark, just had the top end bord 6 over new piston rings everything good compression wont start

ok so my blaster has the T.O.R.S. on it but the brain to it is gone with wires hanging there, so i unplugged it from the carb and the handlebar throttle and its starting to hit now, when me and my dad put it together we put motor oil on the piston and its blowing the smoke out from it so im thinking its going to run
