I opened the plug on my transmission while the blaster was running and my gas and oil mix was coming out of the the top plug. This is my first blaster but from what I read there is a seal that goes between the motor and transmission. Can some one give me a link were I can buy this gasket ?

Thanks

well if you mean crank seals then that could be problem or the seal of your motor case halves could be bad but there is no gasket that goes into the case halves. you have to disassemble engine and reseal with a gasket sealer like permatex moto 1 or yamabond 4 gasket sealer to fix the problem.

Oh ok thanks dude. I always thought that their was a gasket. But I'll take it about this weekend.

is your oil level in the window over full when you check it ? and let it set a few minutes after it runs to check the oil, to make sure it has settled to the bottom. i dont know how you could get gas in the oil and the bike be running, it would have to have a lot of gas going into the cylinder

I couldn't see any oil in the window so I added about half quart. I stared it up road a round didn't seem to be smoking more then normal. After about 10 min of riding I turned it off and all the sudden oil spit out from a hose by the handle bars. It looks like the hose is connect to the crank case. Also the oil in the trans smelled a lot like gas.

I got my four wheeler used. So what if the dude before road it until all the trans fluid burned up. Wouldn't gas be able to enter the transmission ?

If your oil comes out the vent tube, theres way to much in it..

Drain your oil,and then put 75% of a quart into it. ride it for a little bit and check the level..

Also when you pull your oil cap off oil should NOT spew out while running

you can just see the clutch assembly spinning and it will looked lube.

If your oil smells like gas,i would change the right side crank seal, its behind the main drive gear
