The only time you need to put oil in the crancase is when you do a rebuild.
If you are refferring to the gearbox, you put 650ml of oil as recommended by Q10, no more, no less.
As to the clutch, If adjustment is all the way out @lever, then time to adjust inside clutch cover.
the clutch is fine its just the handle itself is very loose. i was just wondering if there is a piece in the handle that ever needs to be replaced.

There is a sight glass, but often it is that discoloured it is impossible to see through, it also tells lies.
Remove the tranny drain plug when the motor is hot, and leave 30 mins to drain.
Refill with 650ml of oil.
i dont even own a quad and i still know that! lol
