Allegan Mi.
My fiance has a 2003 Blaster. ( i also have the identical one) she rode it 2 days ago and parked it in the garage after hosing it off as ussual. Today we were getting ready to ride and as i was pushing it out of the garage i noticed that the clutch was really easy to pull in, like there was no tension at all. I adjusted it by backing out the screw there on the clutch lever. She rode for about 15-20 mins. and she noticed a knocking. I listened and it is knocking and you can feel it with your hand at the bottom part of the motor and her clutch lever again has no tension. Can anyone tell me what this means? Thanks. Tony.

if its a knocking it could be piston slap or ur crank bearing could be bad.if you stand on the right side of the quad and look on the top of the bottom end there is a line on there.the lever that ur clutch cable hooks to onto the motor well the lever is suppose to be on that line.if its not adjust it from the clutch itself from the adjusting rod

top end is the cylinder and head and the bottom end is the under that! the aliminium colour bit!!!!! with black covers both sides
